Tracking will be available in a couple of days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Terms

• You must contact us within 24 hours.
• We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with:

• Your order number.
• A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.

Fabulisse works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

Because your products are coming from so far away, they often take 1-2 weeks to arrive. So don't worry if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
